A bank order is confirmed when the money arrives, usually within one business day for SEPA and ACH.

Crypto confirms once the transfer is final on-chain, usually within minutes. Bank transfers confirm when the funds arrive.

The line is provisioned
Credentials arrive by email and in the portal. Top-ups land in the wallet with the bonus already added.

Open Billing in your account and check the top-up preview for eligibility. Fund the wallet by crypto or bank transfer, then buy or renew from the wallet. The bonus is added after payment confirmation, based on the USD amount actually credited. Paying an order directly does not earn a top-up bonus.
