Fair Use Policy

Every TMPX line includes unlimited data and a daily allowance of IP changes you trigger yourself. This policy says what "fair use" means in practice, so that one line can never degrade the others.

1. Unlimited data, speed-managed

There is no per-gigabyte pricing and no data pack. Ordinary automation, account management, scraping, testing and browsing are what the lines are built for and are never affected.

Sustained transfer that saturates a line for a long period, for example continuous bulk downloads unrelated to the plan's purpose, is speed-managed while it persists so that other lines keep their performance. A line is never cut off for data and never charged for it.

2. IP changes you trigger

A Full Access line, delivered as a proxy or as a VPN tunnel, includes 48 customer-driven IP changes per UTC day. The rotation link, the API, the portal button and schedules you configure all count; changes made by the carrier, by us for maintenance or by recovery never do. The 24-hour test and the 7-day trial include the same allowance while they run.

Beyond the allowance, requests are still accepted but run on a slower lane, spaced out to a few changes per hour, until the counter resets at midnight UTC. The counter and the reset time are shown on the line's page in the portal and in the API's status response.

Consecutive on-demand changes are at least 5 minutes apart on every plan. Rotating and Platform lines have no customer-driven changes to count: Rotating changes the IP for you, Platform only when the carrier does. Pool takes a new SIM path per connection and has no counter.

3. What the allowance is for

Almost nobody reaches it. It exists because a line changing IP without pause affects the carrier-side behaviour of its neighbours, and because a rotation loop is usually a tool misconfiguration rather than a need. If your workload genuinely needs more, write to us before you scale; we would rather size the order correctly than slow you down.

4. Abuse is a separate matter

Fair use is about capacity. What you may do with a line is governed by the Acceptable Use Policy, which applies in full and is enforced separately.

5. Changes

We may adjust the allowance or the speed management as the network grows; the current numbers are always on this page and in the portal. Material changes are dated at the top and apply to renewals after the change.
